This may happen to you if it’s the first times you are using OPENVPN, if you are new to this app the first glitch you might occur is that you successfully connect to your profile but your IP address does not change, basically the internet isn’t being routed through the VPN gateway.
If this happened to you make sure you Exit OPENVPN and then try to re-launch it with administrator privileges, “right click and then click on run as administrator”.
